Humility is the first thing a leader needs to have, all of the great ones do. In return, this creates a tremendous amount of loyalty in a company.

suffering lasts only for a brief moment and joy comes in the morning together with HIS tender unfailing mercies. Consider it ALL joy as the hardest spots tend to produce the deepest character as we rely upon HIM in humble adoration. Remeber that we cast the smallest shadow as we bow before HIS light, surrounded by HIS power and glory!
